Corporate Ambassadors
We are proud to present our CEO Sleepout Corporate Ambassadors for each city.
These are business leaders who have participated in CEO Sleepout events, often multiple times. They have a good understanding of the issues and how the business leadership community can benefit. Our Corporate Ambassadors will help spread the word about the event, and be there at the CEO Sleepout in their own city to help steward the event. They’ll help meet and greet, facilitate networking, and grab people for pictures and videos that can be shared across social media. Ambassadors act as our spokespeople before, during and after the CEO Sleepout event.
Corporate Ambassadors are appointed by invitation only.
CEO Sleepout’s lived experience ambassadors are people who have lived through, and overcome homelessness.
They may have lived rough on the streets, in cars or in accommodation that is unfit for human habitation. They may have sofa-surfed or bounced from place to place until they had the opportunity to get back on their feet. They tell their stories at CEO Sleepout events and bring a new perspective to the human cost of homelessness, unlocking a deeper understanding and empathy among our audience. It takes great courage for somebody to tell their story given the stigma and shame attached to homelessness. We treasure each and every person who has stepped up and shared, with the goal of fostering greater understanding.
