Bids Now Closed
1. Eligibility
1.1 The auction is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Each bid represents a binding pledge to donate the stated amount to CEO Sleepout UK (Registered Charity No. 1154963).
2. Bidding Process
2.1 The minimum bid is £2,000.
2.2 All bids must be submitted by 11:59pm on Sunday, 30th November 2025.
2.3 The two highest bidders will secure a guaranteed place in the 2026 TCS London Marathon.
2.4 Winners will be notified on Friday, 5th December 2025, via email.
3. Payment
3.1 Winning bidders must fulfil their pledged donation within 7 days of notification, or by Friday, 12th December 2025, whichever comes first.
3.2 Payment details will be provided by email upon confirmation.
4. Fundraising Commitment
4.1 In addition to the bid amount, winners are expected to actively fundraise for CEO Sleepout UK in the run-up to the event.
4.2 All fundraising must be carried out through the Enthuse platform, with CEO Sleepout UK selected from the drop-down charity list.
5. Marathon Entry
5.1 Each winner will receive one place in the 2026 London Marathon.
5.2 Places are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or deferred to a future year.
5.3 Participants must comply with all official TCS London Marathon rules, available at: [insert link].
6. Withdrawal
6.1 If a winner withdraws from the marathon, their bid will still be considered a charitable donation to CEO Sleepout UK.
6.2 If a winning bidder fails to pay within the specified timeframe, their place may be offered to the next highest bidder.
7. Data Protection
7.1 By placing a bid, you agree to the use of your personal data for the purposes of administering the auction and your London Marathon entry.
8. Liability
8.1 CEO Sleepout UK accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the event or associated activities.
9. Amendments
9.1 CEO Sleepout UK reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to bidders directly.
10. Acceptance
10.1 By placing a bid, you confirm your acceptance of these terms in full.
