Single Homeless Project are a London-based charity that have been tackling the underlying causes of homelessness for 47 years. They aim to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives and move into independence. Every year the work they do directly supports 10,000 Londoners who have unfortunately been affected by homelessness.
