Our industry is already at the forefront of helping large numbers find their place in society. Hospitality gives enormous support in donations regardless of how hard times are and has so many people asking for financial support that I’m acutely aware that there is only so much to go round.
But just imagine being part of something so exciting, being able to transform lives by offering careers and stability through employment in knowing your involvement has stopped someone from sleeping in a doorway, returning to prison or turning to prostitution.

• 350 candidates on our Jobs Board are ready
for work now.
• 300,000 people are currently facing
homelessness in the UK.
• 78,000 prisoners released every year.
• 12% of rough sleepers are women. 32% of
them have had to have contact with the sex
trade.
