For more than 55 years, we have been empowering and support the most vulnerable people in Aberdeen’s communities through a collaborative, integrated approach to social inclusion.
Our support is a hand up, not a handout available to anyone and everyone over 16 years of age, we aim to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.
- Aberdeen Cyrenians provides support with the following:
- Support and emergency essentials – Safe and welcoming support for anyone struggling, or in need of help
- Housing and homelessness – Helping people to secure and maintain safe, stable, and functional housing
- Digital and financial support – Help with digital and financial awareness, skills, and wellbeing for everyday life
- Abuse & violence – Safety, recovery, and resilience for anyone who is experiencing or has experienced abuse, violence or hate crime
- Alcohol and substance related harm, mental health & wellbeing – Support for alcohol and substance related harm and mental health to overcome challenges, and reduce isolation
- Independent Living Support – Choice based personal support to enable and maintain independent living
